For plan managers & support coordinators.
The information you need to confidently refer a participant: who we can take on, how we report, when we invoice, and what we’re set up to support.
Who we can take on right now.
We’re a small, deliberate team — which means we only take on participants we have the right staff for. Here’s where we’re at today.
Current vacancy
Open — accepting new referrals across Adelaide metro. Priority for high-intensity supports, complex behaviour, and 24/7 packages.
(Update this monthly so coordinators know it’s current.)
Response time
We respond to coordinator and plan manager referrals within one business day, with a follow-up discovery call within three business days.
Service area
Adelaide metro — northern, southern, eastern and hills suburbs. Reach out about regional referrals; we’ll be honest about whether we can resource it.
Onboarding lead time
Typical lead time from referral to first shift is 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity and worker match. Urgent referrals: ask, we’ll tell you what’s possible.
What you’ll get from us, and when.
Clean reporting saves you hours per plan cycle. Here’s our standard cadence — happy to adjust to suit a coordinator’s preferred workflow.
Shift notes
Logged at the end of each shift by the support worker, available within the participant’s file the same day. Plain English, no jargon, no copy-paste fluff.
Incident reports
For reportable incidents: same-day notification to coordinator and family, written report within 24 hours, follow-up actions documented within 5 business days.
Monthly progress summary
One-page summary against the participant’s goals, with shift hours used, behaviour trends, wins, concerns, and any roster changes coming up.
Plan review pack
Two weeks before any plan review we send a structured summary — what worked, what didn’t, what the next plan should consider. Coordinators tell us this is the bit that makes them look good.
Clean invoices, fast turnaround.
We accept self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed plans. Invoicing is built to make life easier for plan managers — not harder.
Invoice cadence
Fortnightly as standard — adjustable to weekly or monthly on request. NDIS line items, support categories, and participant references all included.
Format
NDIS-compliant PDF invoice plus a CSV export available on request. Direct email to your preferred plan manager inbox, or upload to your portal if you’d prefer.
Payment terms
14 days from invoice date. We don’t chase early and we follow up politely if something’s slipped through — we know plan managers run busy queues.
Queries & reconciliation
One point of contact for invoicing questions — usually answered same day. Monthly reconciliation against the participant’s plan balance available on request.
Specialisations & training.
We’re deliberately focused. We don’t pretend to be all things to all participants — we go deep on the ones we’re built for.
High-intensity supports
PEG feeding, tracheostomy, seizure response, ventilation support, complex personal care, catheter and continence support — delivered by trained, registered staff.
Behaviour support implementation
We work alongside Positive Behaviour Support practitioners to implement plans consistently — with restrictive practices only ever applied when plan-authorised.
Complex communication
Experience supporting non-speaking participants and those using AAC, key-word sign and picture-based communication. We hire workers who can read what’s not being said.
24/7 & SIL-style packages
Set up to roster overnight, weekend and 24-hour packages — including short-term accommodation and respite. Stable rostering, not patchwork.
Staff training and credentials are documented per worker and available on request. We’re a registered NDIS provider and operate under the NDIS Practice Standards and the Quality and Safeguards Commission.
